Problem Note 58274: SAS® Episode Analytics 3.1 - Certain inpatient stay claims are improperly associated with assignment ID 1.3.2

In SAS® Episode Analytics 3.1, assignment ID 1.3.2 is being improperly applied to some inpatient stay claims.
There are explicit specifications that control when the 1.3.x ID is applied to an inpatient (IP) stay. To correct the issue, the specifications have been re-evaluated and qualifying criteria adjusted such that only appropriate inpatient (IP) stays receive ID 1.3.2.
Specifically, inpatient (IP) stay claims are assigned ID 1.3.2 when they overlap triggering OP/PB claims.
